You sell houses. Or build them. Or remodel them. Or stage them. You work hard because "just getting by" is not who you are. But are the pictures telling your story "just getting by"?
When a post on a social-media Web site can make your phone ring like never before and when almost two-thirds of home shoppers tour houses on the Internet before setting foot on a single property*, your pictures need to be better than snapshots. If they're not, prospective customers will click on to the next pro. No sale.
A real estate agent quoted in the Minneapolis StarTribune: "If the online photos and the home are perfect — they’ll get extra showings and more offers." **
That's where I can help. My specialty is photographing the spaces where people live and work. I don't photograph weddings; I don't do portraits. I don't shoot buildings as a fill-in between other projects. This is what I do. I will work with you to highlight the selling points you want to make. You'll put your best photographic foot forward.
If you want to put new light on your work, please contact me at 651-354-4593 or through the contact form on this site.
